FastRNABindR is server for large-scale prediction of protein-RNA interface residues. Unlike existing tools which restrict the number of query proteins to one or very few per submission, FastRNABindR accepts up to 500 proteins per submission. The expected processing time is 15 minutes per 100 sequences.

RB198: This is a dataset compiled by Lewis et al. 2010 as of May 2010. It contains 198 unique RNA-binding protein chains that share less than 30% sequence identity.

RB44: This is a dataset of RNA-binding proteins constructed by Puton et al. 2012. It contains RNA-binding protein complexes deposited in the Protein Data Bank (PDB) between January 1st and April 28th 2011. It is composed of 44 protein chains that share less than 40% sequence identity.
