MHCMIR is a server for predicting the binding affinity of MHC-II peptides using multiple instance regression. The current version supports 13 HLA-DR alleles and three mouse H2-IA alleles. The submission form, allows users to provide a query sequence, the MHC-II allele of interest, and the length of the peptide (at least 9 residues). The output of the server is the predicted binding affinities (IC50 values in nM) and the binding level (strong, weak, none) of each submitted peptide.
